STAR
has been proud to host a great variety of special events, ranging from album
debuts, product launches and fund raisers to hosting venues for big name
television shows such as MTV, Elimidate, and ABC TV just to name a few; receptions, corporate gatherings and glamorous private parties. We can accommodate
events of all sizes, be it a book launching for 100 people to a fully
catered, star studded reception for the film industry.
STAR is extremely versatile, and can be conformed in a multitude of configurations to suit the clients' needs. Whether grooving on the main dance floor or lounging at one of our exclusive tables, STAR is the quintessential hotspot on the Upper West Side. Bundle up if you plan on grooving in STAR's winter wonderland, the White Room. The latest house music emanates throughout the entire white VIP room, which features simulated snowy trees covered in icicles. The plush white couches are perfect for enjoying the VIP bottle service offered at STAR. The Red Room features an opulent Victorian decor. In contrast to the White Room, it offers a warm, lush, HOT scenery that will make you wonder if you've descended into another realm. It is one of the two secluded rooms where VIP's are treated like super STARS. Our state of the art technical installations offer premium sound and lighting at the utmost level, with an extremely talented and professional staff. Use of specially rented effects, such as projections, are installed for various events upon request. Catering service is available for any event and at any desired level ranging from buffet style and server passed trays to full formal seating. STAR has formed great working relationships with several top of the line caterers. Menu options of a wide variety is available for your selection. In addition to any entertainment or performances that the client may request, STAR offers a full roster of entertainers, on staff, to make your event a memorable one.
